Serenity is an unhurried 90-minute massage offering the time and space to experience Repose more completely. Without the pressure of a shorter appointment, the treatment can unfold gradually, allowing you to settle into the massage while each area of the body receives considered and attentive care. The session begins with a brief conversation about how you are feeling, any areas in which you are carrying tension and the kind of experience you would like. Pressure, pace, positioning and areas of focus are then tailored to you. The massage may combine long, flowing movements with slower, more concentrated work, creating a continuous treatment that feels both soothing and purposeful without becoming rushed or overly clinical. The additional time allows for a more comprehensive whole-body experience and smoother transitions between different areas. It can include the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet, with optional attention to the scalp or face where appropriate and desired. Alternatively, the session can devote more time to particular areas while still preserving a sense of completeness and balance. You remain comfortably and securely draped throughout the treatment. Serenity is ideal when an hour never feels quite long enough, when tension is spread across several areas, or when you want a deeper sense of rest rather than a brief pause in a busy day. The gentler pace also allows time for positioning to be adjusted and for the treatment to respond naturally as your body begins to relax.
